Your details stay with your service.

Las Vegas Knife Sharpening collects the name, email, phone, preferred appointment time, business information, notes, and photos you submit. We use them to respond, coordinate your drop-off, and maintain your customer and sharpening history.

Access and delivery

Customer records and uploaded photos are restricted to the business owner. Website hosting and storage providers process this information to operate the service. When email delivery is connected, our email provider also processes notification information. Future sharpening and scheduling reminders are optional. If you select the reminder checkbox, we may use your email address or phone number to contact you about freshening up your knives and booking another visit. We record your choice, the date, and the wording you accepted with your booking. You can book without opting in and withdraw permission anytime by replying to a reminder or emailing us. We do not sell your customer information.

Maps and analytics

The embedded Google map connects to Google and is subject to Google’s privacy policy. Website usage analytics are not currently active. If analytics are enabled, this notice will be updated.

Keeping and deleting records

We keep information while needed to handle your service and customer history, and retain financial records as needed for business recordkeeping. To request access, correction, or deletion, email lasvegasknifesharpening@gmail.com. Some financial records may need to be retained.

Do not include payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information in your notes or photos.
